The Key quizzes alone make this app worth it. Ive only recently begun learning to read music, and before this app my method of figuring out which key I was in was to count the sharps or flats, then start playing through the circle of 5ths or 4ths until I counted the right number. Now I can tell what key Im in with a glance, thanks to this app.
I dont use it for the clef quizzes as much, because I think it is better to train myself to find the notes on a real piano keyboard. I wonder if there might be a way to hook this app up to midi, so that one could plug a midi keyboard up and take the clef quizzes that way? I think that would make a great update, especially with the new iPhone and iPad midi interfaces that are coming out this year.
